Chat Offences

Swearing

Swearing is prohibited in main chats. We allow it in direct messages as long as it's not reported.

Punishment: Warning | 30 minute mute | 1 hour mute | 3 hour mute | Admin Decision

Chat Disruption

This includes but is not limited to Spamming in general and foreign languages. We do allow char/caps spam but if it becomes excessive then we will punish.

Punishment: Warning | 15 minute mute | 30 minute mute | 1 hour mute | Admin Decision

Inappropriate Content

This includes but is not limited to, Sexual and extreme drug related content

Punishment: 15 minute mute | 30 minute mute | 1 hour mute | 3 hour mute | Admin Decision

Discrimination

Discrimination of any form is not allowed on our server. It will result in instant punishment.

Punishment: 1 hour mute | 1 day mute | 1 day ban | 3 day ban| Admin Decision

Impersonation

This is when you're pretending to be another user or staff member, we take this very seriously.

Punishment: Warning | 1 day mute | 1 day ban | 7 day ban | Admin Decision

IRL Threats

This is when you send death threats or threaten to harm to someone or someone they know.

Punishment: 1 day mute | 5 day mute | 1 week ban | 30 day ban | Admin Decision

Suicidal Encouragement

This is encouraging someone to hurt themselves or possibly end their own life.

Punishment: 7 day mute | Permanent Mute | Blacklist

Inappropriate Display/ Usernames

Any username that isn't PG will result in you being punished accordingly.

Punishment: 1 hour ban | 1 day ban | 1 week ban | 30 day ban | Admin Decision

Advertising

Advertising of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes realms. (All punishments will be issued as IP punishments)

Punishment: 30 day ban | 90 day ban | 6 month ban | 1 year ban. | Admin Decision

Player Harassment

Harassing players or staff isn't welcomed here. This includes bothering them after they ask you to leave them alone.

Punishment: 1 day ban | 7 day ban | 2 week ban | 30 day ban | Admin Decision

Server Threats

Any threats towards the server are unacceptable and will be punished accordingly.

Punishment: 1 day ban | 7 day ban | 2 week ban | 30 day ban | Admin Decision

Toxicity

Being Toxic in our community is not welcomed and will result in being punished.

Punishment: 15 minute mute | 1 hour mute | 1 day mute | 3 day ban | Admin Decision

Other Offences

Scamming (In-Game)

Scamming In-Game is not allowed. This includes stealing items off other players.

Punishment: 12 hour ban | 1 day ban | 7 day ban | 2 week ban | Admin Decision

Hacked Clients

Any form of illegal client is not allowed, this includes using Printer and Xraying

Punishment: 30 day ban | 90 day ban | Admin Decision

Bug Abuse

If you find a bug then report it. Abusing it will only get you punished.

Punishment: 1 week ban | 2 week ban | Admin Decision

TP Killing

Teleporting a player to you is classed as TP killing, this must happen within the first 10 seconds of teleporting or where it's clear you're doing it to kill them.

Punishment: 1 day ban | 3 day ban | 1 week ban | Admin Decision

Greifing

Destroying someones builds is not allowed, this includes building/breaking within 15 blocks of their claim.

Punishment: 3 day ban | 7 day ban | 2 week ban | Admin Decision

Assisting/ Knowingly Helping a Hacker

If you know someone is hacking then report it, don't help them or keep an eye out for staff.

Punishment: 1 day ban | 3 day ban | 7 day ban | Admin Decision

Using an Autoclicker

While using an autoclicker is classed as an illegal client we don't believe it provides as much of an advantage as others.

Punishment: Warning | 1 day ban | 3 day ban | 7 day ban | Admin Decision

Blacklistable Offences

Ban Evaiding

Using anything possible to get around a ban is strictly prohibited and will result in a blacklist.

Scamming (In Real Life)

While we discourge doing this we still allow it, making it punishable if you break your promise.

Leaking Personal Information

Leaking information about anyone that isn't already public information is something we take very seriously and will result in a blacklist.

DDOS/DOX Threats

DOX/DDOS Threats are unacceptable, in all cases it should be punished with a blacklist.
